Bookings and FAQ

Karen welcomes all enquiries - from large and small venues, private functions (eg weddings/birthday/corporate) or public performances (eg bars/restaurants/hotels). Please see the Meet the bands page for details of duos/trios/bands available.

Please mention the date, your occasion, venue location and approximate performance times when making an enquiry. Don't worry if you're not sure about anything, she'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Frequently asked questions

Can I play music from my iPod through your PA system between sets?

• Yes you can use your own iPod or the band can bring a cd player - please arrange this at time of booking.

Can i use your microphone and sound system for the speeches?

• Yes, again please mention this at time of booking.

How long do you perform for?

• A total of 2 hours which can be divided up to suit your event eg 2 x 1 hour sets or 3 x 40 mins sets.

Do you play song requests?

• Happy to wherever possible! Notice is required for the band to learn them if not in their current repertoire so please mention at time of booking. One special song may be chosen FOC, after that a modest fee will be charged. Please note not all songs are suitable for your chosen band line up, but they will endevour to play it if they can!

Is your equipment PAT tested and are you covered by public liability insurance?

• Yes, if this is a specific requirement of the venue, please mention at time of booking.

Should we provide a changing room and food/drink for the band?

• They will need a room to change in and it would be much appreciated if food and drinks can be provided. A plate of sandwiches is fine (Karen, and Brian in Impressions, are fish eating vegetarians!)
